Scope of services
We provide business registration, taxation, ROC compliance, trademark, licensing, NGO and labour-law compliance services as agreed in your engagement. Statutory government fees, third-party charges and timelines depend on the relevant authority and are outside our direct control.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents.
- Respond to clarification requests within reasonable timelines.
- Pay agreed professional fees and statutory charges on time.
Fees and refunds
Professional fees are quoted before commencement. Government and statutory fees are payable as charged by the authority and are non-refundable. Refund of professional fees, if any, will be governed by the specific engagement terms.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the professional fees paid for that specific engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
