Core annual filings
- INC-20A — within 180 days of incorporation
- ADT-1 — auditor appointment within 15 days of AGM
- AOC-4 — financial statements within 30 days of AGM
- MGT-7 / MGT-7A — annual return within 60 days of AGM
- DIR-3 KYC — every director by 30 September
- DPT-3 — return of deposits / loans by 30 June
Internal compliance
- Minimum 4 board meetings each year
- Annual General Meeting within 6 months of FY end
- Maintenance of statutory registers and minutes
- Disclosure of interest by directors in MBP-1
